About the role
- Specialist for Process Engineering focused on water technology solutions in the Pharma and Biotech industry. Responsible for project planning, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering.
Responsibilities
- Process engineering design of systems for the production, storage and distribution of WFI, PW and RD for the pharmaceutical industry
- Process engineering planning and review of plant concepts for turnkey projects
- Review of preliminary designs and adaptation to specific customer requirements within projects
- Assessment of technical feasibility for greenfield projects as well as brownfield expansion projects
- Internal coordination with the relevant departments, e.g. Sales, Automation, Quality Assurance
- Chemical, hydraulic and mechanical planning and sizing of all treatment systems and overall systems
- Process engineering design of plant components such as RO, WT, control units, measuring instruments, pumps, water softening systems, dosing systems and distribution systems (POU)
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in process engineering or an equivalent qualification and already have several years of relevant professional experience
- Working in a structured and systematic manner comes naturally to you
- Occasional travel is not an obstacle for you
- You bring strong problem-solving skills and pronounced communicative, analytical and conceptual abilities
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
