About the role

  • Prozessingenieur developing new manufacturing processes in a non-profit pharmaceutical company. Collaborating with departments to optimize productions and ensure quality management documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Development of new manufacturing processes and optimization of existing processes
  • Design and construction of prototypes and adaptation to specific requirements
  • Implementation of projects using appropriate management, communication and documentation methods
  • Collaboration with the Engineering, Quality Assurance and production departments to develop innovative solutions
  • Documentation of all measures in compliance with GMP
  • Preparation and revision of quality management documents as part of a continuous improvement process
  • Use of appropriate qualification and validation strategies
  • Risk and failure analyses as well as statistical evaluation of process data
  • Close coordination with external planning and development companies to advance projects

Requirements

  • Completed qualification in a scientific or technical degree program or a comparable vocational qualification (e.g., technician)
  • Practical professional experience is already evident from your CV
  • Initial practical experience in at least one of the following areas: GMP environment / pharmaceutical manufacturing / project management / process automation / validation / qualification / prototype development / technical drawing / CAD software
  • Analytical thinking, technical understanding and a structured way of working are among your strengths
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
