About the role

  • Analista consultor do NaPista marketplace automotivo atuando na área comercial com foco em faturamento. Vendas, análise de dispersão, apresentações e operacional.

Responsibilities

  • Sales / B2C Relationship: sell the classified plan to Key Account partners
  • Visit BV partners with the GR and communicate the benefits of the classifieds
  • In-person and online training: organize and conduct training sessions for the sales team
  • Analysis, commitments and monitoring: analyze branch dispersion and GRs on revenue and quality indicators
  • Communication: act as liaison between departments, proposing improvements and suggestions between Product and Marketing teams
  • Quarterly schedule: prepare a visit map in advance to plan in-person meetings, flights, hotels, and partner appointments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analysis or related fields
  • Proven experience in Key Account sales, marketplaces, e-commerce, and strategic planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced level in: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Canva, Copilot
  • Valid Category B driver’s license
  • Availability to travel 2 to 3 weeks per month to Alagoas, Sergipe, Ceará, Rio de Janeiro, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte and Espírito Santo
  • Ownership of a car is required for external partner visits
