Responsibilities

  • Provide essential billing, VAT accuracy and administrative support across the firm
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely billing across the firm
  • Provide expert support on complex billing, VAT, and e-billing requirements
  • Work closely with PAs, fee earners, and finance teams
  • Provide support to Billing Assistants

Requirements

  • Previous billing experience is essential
  • E-billing experience desirable
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Managing competing priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Strong team player
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Legal background advantageous, though not essential
