  • Project Manager overseeing construction projects for Bureau Veritas in Bangladesh focused on quality, time, and cost management. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory monitoring, and coordination with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • The job incumbent is responsible for managing the construction project in-terms of Quality, Time and Cost.
  • Review and monitor the project schedule.
  • Review and verify teh bill generated by contractor
  • Review and monitor inventory of the project.
  • Review and monitor HSE plan for th project.
  • Coordinate with contractor, Client and BV office.
  • Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards), Piling / Foundation, RCC Review of QAP & Quality Manual
  • Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements.

Requirements

  • B. Sc in Civil with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • An intrinsic Task Master.
  • Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
  • Should have a pleasing personality
