About the role
- Develop and plan mobile applications for brands like Einfachbacken and Einfachkochen. Collaborate in an agile team of developers, designers, and product managers in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility is the development and planning of our mobile apps, including the brands Einfachbacken, Einfachkochen and Mein schöner Garten
- You will be part of a new, agile, cross-functional team that includes developers, QA, UX designers and product managers
- You will also collaborate with developers from Burda Verlag's other brands to design concepts for new features
- You will support the app throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deployment and launch
- You will have the opportunity to make an active impact and help shape products in an open and creative working environment
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Statistics/Mathematics/Business Informatics, etc.) or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience developing cross-platform (iOS and Android) mobile applications, ideally in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of React Native
- Experience with GitLab; Swift, Kotlin or Java; ReactJS, Node.js, Next.js is a plus
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in agile teams
