About the role
- Content Writer producing SEO-friendly articles on food, travel, and luxury lifestyle for Lifestyle Asia's Bangkok team. Collaborating with marketing on content performance and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Write daily, SEO-friendly online articles that are relevant to our audience, and reach established targets/KPIs
- Customise content for our social media platforms
- Represent the brand at events including media tastings, press previews, exclusive interviews, etc.
- Work with the marketing team to analyse content performance metrics, such as total attention time, click-through rate, and social following growth, and apply those insights to improve existing content/future content
- Contribute creative ideas for content creation, including video scripts, article concepts, and overall content direction
- Propose innovative content approaches that resonate with our target audience
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas across multiple platforms
Requirements
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Ability to read and understand Thai
- University degree holder, preferably in journalism, writing, communications, or related field
- Keen interest in the world of lifestyle, particularly in fields of food & beverage, as well as beauty and wellness; knowledge of the regional travel and wellness landscape is a plus, as well as background in the watches and jewellery sector
- Ability to write engaging, well-researched stories quickly and accurately without sacrificing quality
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and social media-savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc.)
- Experience using CMS such as Wordpress is a plus
- Working ability of image editing software is a plus
- Practical knowledge of video production
