About the role

  • Intern in Purchasing at HOFER engaging in various tasks and supporting a department. Hands-on involvement in procurement processes like textiles and fruits & vegetables.

Responsibilities

  • Get to know a variety of tasks and actively support a department in Purchasing (e.g., textiles, fruit and vegetables, etc.)
  • Prepare documents, handle correspondence, and organize filing
  • Maintain and update internal systems
  • Work closely with other purchasing teams and staff units (e.g., Pricing)

Requirements

  • Advanced commercial school education (minimum age 15) or currently enrolled in a degree program
  • Confident PC skills (especially MS Office)
  • Committed and organized personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and structured way of working
  • Interest in learning new things
