About the role
- Architect designing turnkey new buildings based on client requirements. Focusing on coordination and compliance with legal standards in a growing company in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Design development according to the client’s requirements from the preliminary design phase to construction documentation (LP2–5) based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit
- Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards
- Independently coordinate specialist planners and communicate with authorities and clients
- Integrate and coordinate discipline models
- Work closely and in coordination with other disciplines while following the agreed BIM workflow
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in design/planning (LP1–5 HOAI)
- Confident use of BIM-specific CAD software, especially Autodesk Revit
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
