Responsibilities
- You handle the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our clients
- You identify the appropriate motor vehicle insurance solution for each industry
- You negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts
- Tenders, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
- You support field sales with acquisition and in the preparation and follow-up of annual meetings
- With your professional expertise you contribute to the development and success of our company
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in motor vehicle insurance and ideally experience with large fleet accounts
- You enjoy customer service, value close customer relationships and are committed to customer satisfaction
- You feel comfortable with a team-oriented 'we' culture and our family-like working environment
