About the role

  • Director of Compensation managing compensation programs and data analysis at Broadridge. Collaborating with HR partners and preparing salary analyses for incentive programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration and related data analysis of merit and short- and long-term incentive programs
  • Prepare and deploy communications for compensation programs
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis, and gathering internal/external pay data for off-cycle market adjustments, promotions and new hire offers
  • Analyze salary data and developing / maintaining pay structures
  • Prepare analyses and reports to support the HR Business Partners and senior leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 8+ years' experience in Broad-based Compensation required
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Workday and/or Payfactors a plus, but not required
