Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; and/or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or capital markets-related role (preferred)
- Being comfortable working with analytical tools and large data sets
- Familiarity with executive compensation and governance practices, willingness, and ability to deepen this knowledge quickly through training (preferred)
