About the role
- Senior Lawyer specializing in labor law at Briganti Advogados, responsible for judicial and administrative labor processes, elaborating petitions and conducting hearings.
Responsibilities
- Act in all phases of judicial and administrative labor proceedings;
- Draft pleadings, appeals and defenses of varying complexity, including strategic cases;
- Handle cases involving the Public Labor Prosecutor's Office (MPT), the Ministry of Labor and Trade Unions;
- Conduct hearings and oral arguments;
- Draft labor-related consultations and legal opinions;
- Review and draft agreements and collective bargaining agreements;
- Review and draft employment contracts and service contracts involving outsourcing, “pejotização” (engagement via personal/company entities) and temporary workers;
- Prepare case reports and contingency analyses;
- Participate in and prepare audit reports;
- Assist departmental lawyers, coordinators and partners;
Requirements
- Law degree (graduated between 2010 and 2016) with active OAB registration;
- Experience in labor law, both advisory (consultative) and strategic litigation (high-value cases, MPT, collective actions);
- Intermediate English;
- Specialization in Labor Law;
- Experience with audits is a plus;
- Availability to work in a hybrid format.
