As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the data intelligence backbone of our Sales organization. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, optimize sales performance, and accelerate revenue growth.
Working closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams, you'll build the reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that power our go-to-market engine.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you'll own key analytical workstreams and serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders seeking to understand performance, forecast accurately, and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
2-4 years in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Management Consulting (B2B SaaS preferred)
Advanced analytical skills with large datasets and proven ability to derive actionable insights
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, metrics, and best practices
Technical proficiency with:
CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Omni, or similar)
Excellent communication - translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
Project management - handle multiple priorities and deliver quality work under deadlines
Fluency in English
