- Lead technical aspects of machine learning and AI projects.
- Develop, validate, and deploy statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models.

- Ensure model governance, explainability, and compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
- Translate business problems into clear, actionable analytical solutions.
- Communicate insights and results to both technical and executive audiences.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Python and machine learning/deep learning libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience processing and manipulating large volumes of data.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern analytics architectures.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices: versioning, monitoring, and model automation.
- Solid knowledge of statistics, mathematics, inference, experimentation, and modeling.
- Experience deploying models to production (APIs, microservices, pipelines).
