About the role

• Senior Designer leading creative projects and guiding junior members at Brandpie. Delivering bold designs while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams in a hybrid workspace.

Responsibilities

• You guide the design on smaller projects, managing delivery of clear narratives and high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
• You are a crucial team member, proactively communicating with all practice areas and offices.
• You establish yourself as a key team member with clients.
• You work closely with Client Services Team, tracking project profitability and proactively identifying profit challenges and course correcting.
• You support farming efforts and are involved in converting opportunities with existing clients.
• You express your POV on different platforms, contributing to Brandpie’s marketing and thought leadership.
