About the role

  • Data Analyst responsible for planning, collecting, and analyzing operational and clinical data in a hybrid work environment at BP, a healthcare organization. Collaborating with various teams to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • This professional will be responsible for planning, structuring data collection, analyzing and interpreting clinical, operational and administrative data to support decision-making.
  • Extract, organize and process data from hospital systems and ongoing projects;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and interactive visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar for monthly monitoring of margins and outcomes of the designed products;
  • Ensure the quality, integrity and standardization of the data used for analysis;
  • Participate in the planning, initiation, execution and monitoring of projects for new models and improvements, and provide analyses to support tactical decisions across clinical/care, administrative and operational areas.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or similar fields.
  • SPECIALIZATION: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Science, project management or related areas is desirable.
  • TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Advanced Office skills, Power BI, Tableau, REDCap and programming languages such as Python or R. Basic knowledge of hospital operations and development/improvement methodologies (such as Design Thinking and Agile methodologies) is a plus.
  • EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in data analysis and projects related to operations or healthcare, applying statistical techniques, visualization and programming to support decision-making.
