Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of roadmap initiatives across assigned squads.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard of quality.
• Break down large initiatives into clear milestones with measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain strong alignment between engineering commitments and business priorities.
• Improve sprint planning accuracy, estimation quality, and delivery predictability.
• Track, analyze, and report on delivery metrics and overall execution health.
• Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes and workflows.
• Uphold high standards for documentation, clarity, and execution discipline.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and key stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.
• Translate business requirements into structured, actionable delivery plans.
• Communicate timelines, trade-offs, and risks clearly and proactively.
• Serve as a central coordination point between engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Support engineers by identifying and removing blockers.
• Reinforce a culture of accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence.
• Maintain focus and momentum during complex or high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or engineering leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from concept through production.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and introduce structure where needed.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Direct experience working with engineering teams and technical systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
• Exposure to engineering metrics, performance tracking, and delivery KPIs.
