- Ensure all designs are brand-coherent and targeted to the intended audience
- Maintain and further develop the publisher's visual brand identity
- Work closely with the editorial team and support the integration of illustrations and text
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
- Professional experience designing books, magazines, or similar print products (ideally in publishing)
- Confident user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Strong typographic sensibility and a keen eye for design
- Experience or interest in designing games, non-book products, or merchandise is an advantage
- Creativity combined with conceptual thinking and a sense of humor
- Open communication style and active participation within the team
- Independent and meticulous working style, even under deadline pressure
