- Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and/or modeling and simulation
- 10+ years in a technical leadership role leading an engineer team as a Technical Lead Engineer (TLE), Associate Tech Fellow (ATF), or Tech Fellow (TF).
- Experience working across teams or IPT’s to gather data and collaborate
- Experience working IRAD projects
