Plan and track software engineering best practice adoption such as Enterprise Software Processes, Boeing Software Factory, Design practices etc., in all our development programs.
Define and track KPIs for software maturity, defect density, certification milestone adherence, schedule variance, and benefits realized (cost, time-to-market, safety outcomes).
Create and run program governance tailored for safety-critical software: intake, prioritization (risk, certification impact, performance), resource allocation, stage-gates, technical reviews, and cadence (e.g., integrated baseline reviews, monthly program reviews) across global and distributed organizations delivering to AvionX Software.
Lead strategic supplier management for software development, to ensure contractual deliverables support required expertise and quality.
Lead risk & issue management with rapid escalation paths for technical/dependency risks impacting program milestones, safety and quality.
