About the role
- Experienced or Senior Supply Chain System Integrity SME role ensuring compliance and best practices during ERP initiatives at Boeing. Focus on supply chain integrity and government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single-point SME for supply chain integrity, compliance and procedure alignment during ERP design, build, test, and cutover
- Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops to assess alignment with S/4HANA functionality
- Translate FAR/DFARS, export control, trade compliance, and applicable government contract clauses into system requirements, business processes, and test criteria
- Collaborate with Change Management team on author, review and approve supply chain procedures (PRO) and work instructions to align with the ERP configuration and regulatory needs
- Collaborate with Value Stream Leads and SAP configuration experts to define detailed business requirements and ensure fields, workflows, approvals, data retention, and audit trails meet compliance requirements
- Define and own test cases/acceptance criteria for compliance-related scenarios (e.g., DPAS rating, export classification, DFARS cyber requirements, contract flow-down)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain processes and procedures
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience with FAR, DFARS, ITAR/EAR, export controls and trade compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear system and process requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
