About the role
- Senior Procurement Agent managing procurement and supply chain processes for Boeing’s S/4HANA implementation. Collaborating with teams for effective procurement strategy and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Represent procurement and supply chain processes and document/map current “as‑is” procurement workflows (requisitions, POs, goods receipt, invoices)
- Represent procurement and supply chain processes during Fit‑to‑Standard workshops
- Validate that sourcing, PO approval, and supplier management processes meet business needs within SAP standard functionality
- Assist in developing training content, test scripts, and change management materials
- Identify and minimize the need for system customization (target <10%)
- Support UAT (user acceptance testing), data validation, and end‑user training
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure integration across the Procure‑to‑Pay process
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
- 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience utilizing process improvement and problem-solving methodologies
- Ability to travel 20-40% of the time
