Responsibilities
Assist in the management of the Product Support Organisation and engineering staff
Help develop and implement the strategy for growth and support to the widening BDUK business areas
Responsible for both technical leadership and personnel management to ensure operational objectives are met
Support bid activity as a technical focal point at the management level for vertical lift activities.
Requirements
Experience in an Aerospace or related field experience
Experience in Product Support or related Engineering field experience
The ability to obtain UK SC is essential
Bachelors degree or higher CEng would be preferable
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate Boeing Behaviours and Values as well as technical ability in the Product Support field.
