Responsibilities
- Performs activities to identify and pursue market opportunities for Information Technology (IT) products

- Oversees creation of business and functional requirements and product roadmaps
- Works with other IT professionals to ensure requirements are met
- Obtains funding and approval to develop products
- Develops plans for entry of IT products in the external market
- Supports product demonstrations, value propositions and represents/promotes IT products internally and externally
- Adjusts product capabilities and strategy to meet financial targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile Lead Role (i.e Product Manager or Product Owner)
- 3+ years of experience in product production and/or delivery of products/services
- 3+ years of experience working with suppliers or vendors
- 3+ years of experience delivering capabilities to aerospace and defense, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or engineering domains
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)
- 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)
- Experience with cloud technologies (ex. Amazon Web Services, Azure) (Preferred)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and/or Analytics products and capabilities (Preferred)
- Experience developing clear, compelling stories that leverage technical capabilities to drive measurable business improvements (Preferred)
