- Mid-Level Delivery Project Management Specialist leading and coordinating MES/PDM/ERP subsystem deployments at Boeing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project success and adherence to governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute deployment schedules for MES/PDM/ERP subsystems across program sites
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators to meet milestones and deliverables
- Define and manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes
- Facilitate requirements handoffs, integration points, acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and compliance with data governance standards during migration
- Coordinate business change management activities
- Report project status, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and lessons learned
Requirements
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) by the federal government within the last 5 years
- 3+ years of experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
- 3+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience project management for both small and large projects
- Experience in change management as it relates to culture change
