About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) due diligence assessments identifying and quantifying EHS and sustainability risks, requirements, and opportunities
- Support transactional decision-making by preparing briefing reports for each transaction
- Conduct and direct supplier activities for Phase I and Phase II environmental due diligence assessments of industrial sites
- Manage multiple, concurrent environmental investigations of surface and subsurface media
- Perform remediation-related tasks including development and management of investigation and remediation budgets
- Provide financial and project status reviews to team leaders and management
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
- 3+ years of experience managing, overseeing, and directing suppliers on multiple concurrent EHS due diligence or remediation projects
- 3+ years of experience identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and communicating environment health and safety risks associated with real property or business transactions
- 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications
