Responsibilities
Conduct Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) due diligence assessments identifying and quantifying EHS and sustainability risks, requirements, and opportunities
Support transactional decision-making by preparing briefing reports for each transaction
Conduct and direct supplier activities for Phase I and Phase II environmental due diligence assessments of industrial sites
Manage multiple, concurrent environmental investigations of surface and subsurface media
Perform remediation-related tasks including development and management of investigation and remediation budgets
Provide financial and project status reviews to team leaders and management
Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
3+ years of experience managing, overseeing, and directing suppliers on multiple concurrent EHS due diligence or remediation projects
3+ years of experience identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and communicating environment health and safety risks associated with real property or business transactions
3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications
