About the role

• Artificial Intelligence Engagement Manager developing and implementing analytics strategies for Boeing's Global Services team. Engaging with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI and analytics opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI & analytics strategy for the BGS areas listed
• Mature and facilitate the intake, qualification, and prioritization of analytics, AI, and automation projects
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and capability leaders to define problems, quantify value, and scope solutions
• Manage complex, cross-functional project plans and schedules, coordinating multiple product and capability families and dependencies to deliver on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Partner with Information Technology (IT) Business Success Leaders (BSLs) and business stakeholders to coordinate releases and drive solution adoption
• Lead stakeholder communications for both Boeing BGS and EAI&D teams covering the specified functions
• Create materials and media to appropriately convey BGS strategies and value and purpose of products
• Coach and teach team members effective ways to create media to convey messaging

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership
• 3+ years of experience developing communication plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and key message development
• 3+ years of experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
• 3+ years of experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
• Experience in a role that required excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate with and influence people from varying backgrounds, including members of senior leadership teams
