Responsibilities
- Monitor deployment of Marketing, Digital & Retail dashboards
- Gather requirements from marketing users and document them in JIRA
- Validate KPI definitions used in dashboards with business stakeholders
- Prioritize requirements in the form of a project roadmap and establish a deployment schedule
- Propose solutions for integrating new requirements
- Perform acceptance testing for implemented changes
- Support business teams in conducting user acceptance tests
- Participate in weekly project follow-up meetings
- Provide level-1 support by responding to incidents reported in the associated JIRA tool
- Work closely with the IT department's data scientist
- Manage collection of customer and prospect consents
- Draft documentation / knowledge base on processes and compliance rules
- Regularly report indicators to management
- Communicate project updates to the various marketing users
- Design and produce user guides related to these new dashboards
- Train marketing users on Qlik
- Write functional design documents
- Create a glossary of KPIs present in the Cloud Data Hub within Confluence
- Ensure proper project documentation in Confluence and JIRA.
Requirements
- Engineering or business school degree (Master's level / Bac+5)
- Familiarity with AWS tools; Adobe Analytics is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
