Requirements

- Advanced knowledge of quality tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Skills in data and metrics analysis (advanced Excel, Power BI).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proactiveness, sense of ownership, and results orientation.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, in-office twice per week (Belo Horizonte or São Paulo).
