About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide support to payroll-deductible consumer loan (consigned credit) and card operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance in internal processes.
- Monitor end-to-end processes for consigned credit and card operations, focusing on execution and control.
- Assist teams with document analysis, loan registration (averbação), indicator monitoring and dashboard development.
- Produce management reports and presentations on operational performance.
- Identify and propose solutions for operational failures, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
- Help update and disseminate procedures, and train vendors and operational partners.
- Participate in initiatives to improve internal processes and automation using Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Previous experience, even if initial, in back office for consigned credit, consumer loans or cards.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, with ability to prepare reports and perform reconciliations.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI (or similar) to create dashboards and reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact across internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, analytical and organized profile with focus on operational quality.
