Responsibilities
Apply a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and visual design principles
Partner closely with UX, design, and art teams to create final, high-fidelity UI visuals for game interfaces
Create and maintain high-quality UI art assets, including illustrated icons, UI components, decorative graphic elements, and menu art
Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure UI designs align with project goals
Pitch and present UI designs clearly and effectively through strong written and verbal communication
Balance, prioritize, and organize tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic production environment
Self-critique work and actively incorporate objective feedback to continuously improve quality
Requirements
12+ years of professional experience in UI art, UX/UI design, or a related discipline
Proven experience delivering high-quality UI for games or interactive experiences
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines
Strong visual design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, composition, and iconography
Expertise in creating polished, production-ready UI assets
Ability to communicate design intent clearly to both artistic and technical partners
Experience balancing usability, aesthetics, and technical constraints in game UI development
