About the role

  • Sales Project Manager supporting Commercial Team in Hamburg, focusing on sales enablement and project coordination. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Sales enablement & process support (approx. 40%)
  • Support in structuring and further developing our sales processes
  • Maintenance and optimization of CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Preparation of proposals, materials and internal decision documents
  • Ensuring transparency in the pipeline and in reporting
  • Project management & coordination (approx. 30%)
  • Coordination of cross-team commercial projects
  • Alignment between internal stakeholders
  • Tracking timelines, tasks and deliverables
  • Active customer contact (approx. 20–30%)
  • Pre-qualifying conversations
  • Clarification of organizational questions
  • Coordination on proposal details (no closing responsibility, no revenue targets)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordinating or sales-adjacent role (e.g., Sales Support, Project Assistant, Customer Success or similar)
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Experience with CRM or digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion or similar)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel
  • Digital fit — openness to using digital tools
