About the role
- WINDCHILL Business Analyst responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes related to WINDCHILL PLM. Collaborating with IT and Engineering for integration and support.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Manage and execute data migration, system integration, and other WINDCHILL related projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of WINDCHILL PLM.
Requirements
- Proficiency in WINDCHILL PLM software and its applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with other PLM software like Teamcenter, Enovia, etc.
- Understanding of business process re-engineering.
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Knowledge of CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.
