About the role

  • Network Administrator at Binnie ensuring high uptime and performance of network systems. Collaborates with IT teams to support critical operations and strategic projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot advanced problems within a four-hour window
  • Support clients at Head Office, remotely, and in satellite offices
  • Fix Windows OS errors, network connectivity issues, and provide printer support
  • Manage client data backup jobs and test accuracy
  • Participate in strategic IT Projects
  • Install and configure Cisco and Ubiquiti networking equipment
  • Lead the deployment of workstations and client configurations

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Microsoft certification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology in systems support
  • Experience in computer software, hardware, network and database technologies covering 350+ employees
  • Experience with Cisco IOS Routing & Switching
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Client & Server operating systems
  • Experience with Azure, Office 365 and cloud identity management
  • Proficient with Azure, Entra, M365 Administration and Microsoft PowerShell scripting
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
