About the role

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in controlling and accounting

- Demonstrated experience in financial accounting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Experience working with investors, ideally with Private Equity or Family Office backgrounds
- Experience leading teams, including skills development
- Relevant industry background in retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, or services
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in transformation and change management
- Experience with LucaNet, particularly for controlling and shareholder reporting
- Experience with Microsoft 365
