About the role

  • Business Operations Intern supporting financial processes and budget tracking in EMEA region. Gaining hands-on experience in financial data analysis and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in budget data collection, tracking, and analysis, supporting the EMEA regional budget summary
  • Support receivables management, including payment tracking and monitoring
  • Assist in cash flow data management for European projects, ensuring financial data is cleaned, organized, and verified
  • Support BOM (Bill of Materials) sorting and standardization projects for the European region
  • Assist in project financial management, tracking the progress of European projects and supporting regional business partners (BPs) in payment collection and sales forecasting
  • Conduct invoice compliance checks for European operations
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance and statistics (mandatory)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (both spoken and written). Chinese is mandatory
  • Strong analytical abilities and sensitivity to data
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly, works well under pressure
  • You can sign the Nuffic agreement
  • You can work at least 4 days a week
