About the role

  • Product Owner for BHS facilitating Scrum meetings and managing user story documentation and usability interviews. Engaging with diverse teams and users to enhance business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular meetings with the Scrum team to align the development process;
  • Assist in transcribing documentation during user story refinements in the management system, aiming to formalize the understanding of requirements;
  • Participate in usability interviews with end users, collecting information to support business strategy;
  • Collect data from users with the goal of transforming it into actionable information for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration;
  • Strong organizational, communication, creativity, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
  • Availability to work on-site occasionally, approximately 1–2 times in Belo Horizonte;
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Project Management;
  • Basic to intermediate English.
