About the role
- Responsable Supply Chain Pôle managing logistics from supply to delivery of luxury goods. Leading teams and ensuring production efficiency and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- You manage the supply chain flows, from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products.
- Lead, manage and coordinate the planning/logistics teams across the three sites, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and skills development.
- Ensure compliance with customer commitments (lead times, quantities, quality) and analyze variances.
- Coordinate Supply Chain activities across the Pole's workshops and ensure smooth communication with all managers.
- Participate in building the annual budget and its quarterly reviews.
Requirements
- Master's degree (business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Supply Chain
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Leadership, rigor, analytical mindset and organizational skills
- Ability to innovate and unite teams around common goals.
