About the role
- Driving top strategic projects, including acquisitions and market entry for BetterUp's Office of the CEO. Collaborating with executive leadership to deliver strategic insights and measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the top Office of the CEO strategic projects. Historical projects include:
- Support due diligence for partnerships with luminaries such as Brené Brown, Adam Grant, Pau Gasol, and Shaun White.
- Conduct research and analysis for BetterUp's European market entry strategy.
- Build financial models and analyses for BetterUp's 5-year growth plan for the Board of Directors.
- Analyze pricing and packaging in partnership with a third-party consulting firm.
- Support annual planning and the company OKR process.
- Contribute to the Davos activation, fostering connections between BetterUp's CEO and Fortune 100 CXOs.
- Conduct research and analysis for cross-selling partnerships.
- Support acquisition due diligence on U.S. and European acquisition targets.
- Contribute to post-merger integrations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-growth scale-up environment or investment banking.
- Strategic and Analytical Excellence: You combine creative problem-solving with a structured, analytical approach to business challenges and are adept at developing actionable insights that inform strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across organizational levels, building relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and deliver results.
