About the role

  • HR Operations Partner role managing HR queries and optimizing employee experiences through Workday. Collaborating globally in a virtual team while supporting the HR operations lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to resource for “How do I?” questions in the Workday Help case management tool.
  • Manage and process HR hire to retire transactions in Workday, including complex transactions and mass data uploads.
  • Responsible for escalating employee queries to the appropriate teams if needed.
  • Monitor the completion of employee queries end-to-end, identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Provide support to specific HR-led projects and/or initiatives as cascaded down from HR Operations management.
  • Collaborate with other Global HR Operations Partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

Requirements

  • Italian language – advanced – required.
  • Excellent written communication skills, in Italian and English.
  • Previous HR experience supporting Italy and / or solid knowledge of Italian labour legislation is an advantage.
  • Experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes preferred.
  • Proven ability to support employees across the globe, taking into account local nuances preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data and/or employee matters.
  • Comfort navigating through and processing transactions in an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify and solve problems as required.
  • Focused on employee experience and efficient process delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various departments, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals to achieve collective success.
  • Proven ability to set ambitious goals and continuously strive for improvement/Demonstrates a strong focus on achieving high-quality outcomes, consistently pushing for greater efficiency and performance.
