Responsibilities
- Work closely with delivery leads, product owners, and engineering managers to structure the breakdown of strategic initiatives into actionable pieces of work.
- Support teams to define clear measures of progress and success.
- Promote consistent adoption of delivery standards, tooling, and frameworks.
- Facilitate regular delivery health reviews, ensuring risks and blockers are surfaced early.
- Partner with teams to maintain accurate and trusted data across delivery systems.
- Translate delivery data into meaningful, actionable insights for domain leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Support prioritization processes by helping domain teams prepare relevant delivery and value data.
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery flow, predictability, and value realization within the domain.
Requirements
- Experience in delivery management, business analysis, PMO, or a similar role supporting technology teams.
- Understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product-driven ways of working
- Ability to analyze delivery data, derive insights, and present recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence supporting senior stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for a better way.
