Advanced Product Owner shaping online identity verification for Betclic services across France and international markets. Driving product improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the overall Identity product strategy and identify projects to simplify and enhance the Identity experience.
Gather user needs, identify friction points, and work on discovery and estimations of new projects each quarter.
Write user stories while ensuring compliance rules are met, track progress, validate deliverables on time and coordinate rollouts.
Prioritize the backlog, plan sprints and ensure good scrum/agile practices within your squad.
Ensure product quality and compliance with applicable regulations and ensure product documentation is up to date.
Coordinate incident management and perform functional ad hoc analyses in case of incidents.
Monitor the performance of KPIs (Amplitude, Snowflake, Tableau) and ensure the implementation of A/B tests and tracking, as well as their insights with the Data team in a continuous improvement logic of our product.
Work closely with departments such as IT (especially your squad's Engineering Manager, your day-to-day partner), Design (UX/UI), Data, Customer Service, and Compliance, as well as all squads of other products, and external partners (identity providers).
Requirements
You have a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in engineering, finance or data.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in identity or working on regulated products, in a B2C company.
You are highly proficient in agile methodologies, regularly train yourself, and know how to apply what you learn to your team's context.
You are known for your initiative and collaborative mindset, with a strong data-driven approach.
You are perfectly comfortable with both front-end and back-end topics and are a driving force on cross-functional 'tech' topics, which also create value for the end customer.
You have a strong data mindset and are proficient in SQL.
And finally, you speak English and French fluently.
