About the role

  • Product Manager guiding projects in mobility sector for traffic monitoring applications. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to align business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand their business needs, translating these into structured, detailed technical requirements for the development team.
  • Analysis of company business processes, systems, and data to find opportunities for improvement and provide insights that influence project outcomes and strategic business choices.
  • Facilitation of clear communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring requirements are accurately translated and aligned with the business goals.
  • Ownership of essential documentation, such as requirements specifications, user stories, and workflows, to provide guidance throughout the project.
  • Leading workshops and discussions with stakeholders and team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Product Manager, Product Consultant, or Product Owner role, ideally in domains involving SaaS, data-heavy applications, or traffic/tolling systems
  • Solid technical foundation that includes an understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations
  • Experience in requirements engineering, with a strong understanding of system architectures and data structures
  • Proficiency in both German and English at the C1 level
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, STEM, or a related area)
  • Higher degrees are preferred.
