Responsibilities
- Use Flawless tools to craft, refine, and deliver high-quality visual dubs for film and TV content
- Shape performances with a strong artistic eye, ensuring natural lip sync, facial realism, and emotional authenticity
- Take ownership of assigned shots or sequences, delivering client-ready work within deadlines
- Review face tracking, keyframes, and timing to elevate output quality at a detailed, frame-accurate level
- Perform precise lip sync adjustments and audio alignment to ensure seamless performance transfer
- Iterate on outputs based on creative direction and feedback, pushing work to final quality
- Collaborate with creative, production, and engineering teams to meet project goals and timelines
- Interpret and implement feedback from stakeholders and clients with clarity and accuracy
- Contribute to evolving artistic workflows and best practices for AI-assisted editing and performance tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in film, TV, animation, or post-production in a hands-on creative role
- Strong understanding of lip sync and audio synchronization at a sub-frame level
- Experience with keyframing and shot-based work in editing, VFX, or animation pipelines
- Proven ability to deliver polished, client-ready creative work under deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong visual judgment and finishing sensibility
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills for interpreting and applying creative feedback
