About the role
- Financial Analyst responsible for active and reactive collection, focusing on negotiation and credit recovery at Bernoulli Education. Collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound and inbound collection activities, focusing on negotiation and credit recovery;
- Conduct debt negotiations (one-time payments, installment plans, settlements and follow-ups);
- Assist customers via email, phone and digital channels, ensuring clarity and empathy;
- Support issuance and recording of boletos (payment slips), monitor payments and process payment settlements;
- Manage control, reconciliation and credit adjustments (refunds, rebates, compensations);
- Update records in the system and maintain an organized history of interactions;
- Support basic delinquency analyses and operational reporting;
- Work collaboratively with areas such as Operations, Legal, Sales and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields;
- Experience in collections and negotiation (B2B or B2C);
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable (boletos, delinquency, reconciliation);
- Experience with financial systems / ERPs (RM, SAP, Totvs, Protheus, etc.);
- Intermediate Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic pivot tables);
- Understanding of cash flow and credit control;
- Good communication and active listening skills;
- Organized and disciplined approach to process control;
- Ability to negotiate firmly while demonstrating empathy;
- Emotional resilience (handling overdue accounts without taking it personally);
- Sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines;
- Proactivity in flagging risks and inconsistencies.
