About the role
- Strategic Purchaser responsible for international procurement strategies in a B2B environment. Overseeing supplier management and cost-saving initiatives across product areas.
Responsibilities
- Konzeption und Umsetzung einer internationalen Beschaffungsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung von Konzern-und Abteilungsvorgaben für Produkt- und Warengruppen des direkten Materials
- Analyse von Produkt- und Warengruppen inkl. Erarbeitung von Zielen und Maßnahmen für den verantwortenden Bereich
- Beschaffungsmarktforschung und Market Risk Management
- Lieferantenmanagement (Auswahl, Bewertung, Entwicklung, Kontrolle)
- Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen inkl. Vertragsmanagement und Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen
- Gestaltung, Mitwirkung und Stakeholder-Management bei einkaufsnahen Projekten / Themen mit diversen Fachbereichen
- Rechnungsprüfung und Rechnungsfreigabe
- Aufführung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einsparungspotenzialen unter TCO-Gesichtspunkten
- Einsatz und Anwendung moderner Beschaffungs- und Einkaufstools (z.B. E-Procurement)
Requirements
- Kaufmännische- oder technische Berufsausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation (wie Betriebswirt, Fachkaufmann) oder abgeschlossenes Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Beschaffung oder Einkauf eines Unternehmens aus dem Industrie- oder Handelsumfeld
- AI-Grundkenntnisse und Anwendung von AI-Agenten wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Standard-Software (Microsoft)
