Responsibilities
You are responsible for optimizing the P2P process, including analysis of the current state and target design
You design the entire procurement process, incorporating key interfaces
You oversee the master data structure and logic and are responsible for the related process flow
You further develop automated workflows
You analyze newly established SLAs, monitor the associated KPIs and provide recommendations for action
Requirements
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business/commerce and have at least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing
You have solid knowledge of project management
You have already gained end-user and customizing experience in an ERP system
You understand complex data movements, have a quick grasp of new topics and possess a strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset
You have excellent Excel skills and an affinity for tools, apps, the web and digital topics in general
You are familiar with agile working methods
You work in a structured and precise manner
You can persuade stakeholders and represent your ideas
You are a team player
