About the role

  • Prozessmanager in Einkauf verantwortlich für die Optimierung und Analyse von P2P Prozessen bei Bergzeit. Designen neuer Einkaufsprozesse und Verantwortung für die Stammdatenstruktur und –logik.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for optimizing the P2P process, including analysis of the current state and target design
  • You design the entire procurement process, incorporating key interfaces
  • You oversee the master data structure and logic and are responsible for the related process flow
  • You further develop automated workflows
  • You analyze newly established SLAs, monitor the associated KPIs and provide recommendations for action

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business/commerce and have at least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing
  • You have solid knowledge of project management
  • You have already gained end-user and customizing experience in an ERP system
  • You understand complex data movements, have a quick grasp of new topics and possess a strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset
  • You have excellent Excel skills and an affinity for tools, apps, the web and digital topics in general
  • You are familiar with agile working methods
  • You work in a structured and precise manner
  • You can persuade stakeholders and represent your ideas
  • You are a team player
