Responsibilities
Lead design for key product features: research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Contribute to and evolve our design system with components, icons, motion, and documentation.
Design end-to-end user journeys, from onboarding to advanced workflows.
Run usability tests, gather insights, and iterate quickly.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and QA from ideation through to release and iteration.
Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and intuitive UX in every design decision.
Requirements
At least five 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related roles
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, decision-making, and product impact.
Expertise in Figma (or similar tools) + visual design principles.
Experience building or contributing to a UI component library or design system.
Knowledge of accessibility (e.g. WCAG) and enterprise usability best practices.
Excellent communication: you can explain design decisions clearly and adapt based on feedback.
