Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as an implementation advisor or change management consultant in a role with strategic, cross-functional scope within a large organization
  • Comfortable operating in complex and ambiguous contexts
  • Understanding of business realities and innovative change management practices
  • Fluent in French and advanced proficiency in English
